🌟 Overview Of Courses
Welcome to Not Lost Anymore — a professional training and lived experience-led service designed to empower and uplift those who have faced some of life’s toughest challenges.
Founded by someone with first-hand experience of the care system, disability, trauma, and resilience, this work is more than just a business for me — it is a mission that will live on beyond me. I will support individuals with learning disabilities, care-experienced backgrounds, survivors of abuse, and those living with lifelong conditions.
Through tailored training, public speaking, and interactive workshops, I will offer a safe, inclusive space for people to grow in confidence, build practical skills, and be inspired to take control of their journey.
I will also collaborate with organisations and professionals who want to deepen their understanding and improve their engagement with these communities. Every session, story, and strategy is rooted in real life, with one clear message:
“You are not lost — you are becoming.”

Children In Care
Coming Soon!
Many people think they know and understand children who are in care. People may associate care with a simple adoption process when adopting is not a simple journey or even the only path for a child in care.
The journey into care and through care is a very individual one. It is often filled with many difficult emotions that are not easy to deal with when you are younger.
The majority of the experiences of a childhood in care are a negative one. Only a few people have a positive experience.
Many people who have been through the Care System, wherever that may be in the world, carry with them unique bruises and wounds that are very difficult to heal or often do not heal at all. Instead, it is about building resilience and coping.
In this course, you will hear about my personal experience of care of Kinship Care, along with some other different scenarios. You will also learn that not every journey of the Care System is the same or even a bad one at that.
Be kind, non-judgmental and be resilient to change.

What Is Autism?
Coming Soon!
Autism is often thought of as a spectrum. It is very broad and complex. People who have this condition are unique and unlike the next person with it. When people think of Autism, they think of holding their ears and not enjoying loud noises. It is broader than this. Those affected can be affected by sense of smell, taste and hearing, so all of the senses, but everyone is affected differently. Women and girls tend to mask their condition more than men and boys. Autism is more common in boys diagnosed sooner.
Do you feel Autism aware? Why not book onto one of my courses and learn more?
This course dives deep into the true world of Autism. Not Lost Anymore works extremely closely with other people who have lived experience. This course has been developed with true lived experience at its heart.

Gender - Based violence is something that is mostly about when it happens to women and girls, but it can also affect men and people in minority backgrounds, including the LGBT community.
Gender - Baseed Violence can happen to people who are married. daughters. sons’ other family members, partners, work colleagues and even friends.
More women than men are affected by Gender - Based Violence.
Everyone needs to know and understand how we can feel and live a safe life free from harm. Being aware can assist us in knowing what to look out for and how to get the professional help that we need.
Not Lost Anymore’s course is about Gender - Based Violence, focusing on the tools needed to make a safe life more likely for anyone affected by Gender - Based Violence. When you are a survivor, it is a difficult process to navigate through healing, which is sometimes inaccessible to more vulnerable people, for example, people with a learning disability or people who are from a care experienced background.
Take the next step in being a support for yourself and for others. Sign up to come along to one of my sessions NOW!

Accessibility Needs Into Employment
Coming Soon!
What do you think about when you are looking for work? Do you think about how accessible your workplace will be? Far too often for care-experienced people, in particular, have a difficult experience getting into work when you add in having a learning disability. It can affect you even more. For people with a learning disability and those who have lifelong conditions. For example, when someone has Autism, they struggle with the right tools to gain paid employment. They have the same wants and desires, but it is more difficult to convince society. People who are care experience find it even more challenging in a world focused on the importance of family, relationships and more. It can take its toll. For people who have barriers going into paid employment, it is important to have a sense of normality and feel like you are a part of the team.
